Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolNaveen K is a pragmatic product engineer with 11 years in software development and seven years focused on backend systems, currently building at Glomo from Bengaluru. He specializes in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Ruby on Rails and increasingly Node.js/TypeScript, with deep experience in distributed architectures and AWS-driven performance optimizations. Across startups and scale-ups he’s driven measurable outcomes—cutting inventory OOS from 20% to 4%, reducing database costs by ~40%, and leading a team that built an incident tool saving up to 60% in costs. A collaborative engineer who introduced process improvements like rotating triage captainship and RFC-driven decisions, he pairs technical rigor with a practical, people-first approach (and a dash of humor). Always learning, he’s comfortable moving between languages and systems to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
