Top SchoolNayaab Khan is a product-focused founder and seasoned engineering leader with 14 years of experience building and scaling web products from first line of code to design systems. At StarOfService she bridged product, design, and engineering—introducing perceived performance budgets, a living design language (Prism), Shape Up delivery practices, and regular cross-discipline platform updates. She has deep front-end expertise (led migrations to React, created an in-house framework) paired with hands-on UX research, A/B testing and conversion optimization that once tripled landing-page conversion. Now leading Innovace Studio, she combines pragmatic engineering, usability-led design, and developer culture practices to help teams ship better software.
