Top SchoolNayeli Estevez is a network engineer with a decade of IT experience and a nine-year focus in networking, currently driving network operations at Kohl's from Miami. She blends multi-industry perspective and a formal CCNA incubator background with hands-on expertise across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba/MIST and cloud networking on AWS. Her toolkit spans core routing and security protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, Radius/TACACS), packet-level troubleshooting with Wireshark/tcpdump, automation with Python and Ansible, and practical lab work from roles at Cisco TAC to large-scale Amazon data center migrations. Educated in forestry and remote sensing (MSc) as well as full-stack web development, she brings a rare bio-inspired systems mindset to network design and resilience. Recently elevated into technical leadership and having completed McKinsey leadership essentials, she aspires to combine advanced security skills with network architecture leadership. A pragmatic problem-solver, Nayeli is notable for translating cross-domain insights—from ecology to code—into operational improvements and automation.
