Top SchoolNazar Lipkovskyy is a Lead Software Engineer with about a decade of experience building and modernizing cloud-native systems across healthcare, telecommunications, and retail. He leads small cross-functional teams, owns customer communication and backlog management, and combines hands-on Java 21 and Spring Boot 3 development with cloud expertise in AWS and Azure to improve scalability and performance. Recent work includes migrating a large eye-surgery scheduling platform to AWS, optimizing microservices and databases for 10,000+ users, and implementing caching and API performance improvements. He has deep operational experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed auth/alerting systems, and frequently serves as the technical bridge between international customers and engineering teams. Operating via an EU-based LLC, he blends contractor flexibility with enterprise delivery discipline, and his background in telecom SMSC and device knowledge delivery gives him a practical systems-level perspective often missing in purely backend-focused engineers.
