Top SchoolNazar Tokar is a senior frontend software engineer based in Dnipro, Ukraine, with over a decade of professional experience and 16 years of hands-on work in web technologies. He has led frontend architecture and delivery for international teams, shipping responsive React/TypeScript applications and GraphQL integrations for platforms in publishing, healthcare, and creator economies. Nazar combines deep UI craftsmanship (Sass, responsive design) with pragmatic backend integration experience (Ruby, CI/CD) and a history of building high-impact JavaScript utilities used widely during his freelance years. He has a track record of mentoring and teaching frontend developers for government and enterprise projects, and he’s comfortable moving between legacy stacks (Backbone/jQuery) and modern ecosystems. Curious about cloud and AI, he brings both product-minded thinking and an engineer’s attention to performance and testability.
