He designs and delivers secure, scalable multi-cloud solutions and event-driven microservices using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka and BizTalk, with deep hands-on experience migrating EMR integrations to FHIR and EDI standards. At Carelon and other enterprises he led large cloud migrations, real-time FHIR API projects and EDI workflows (EDI 834/837), consistently aligning architectures with HIPAA and CMS interoperability mandates. He blends product-minded pragmatism—having led diabetes management system design and EMR integrations—with strong governance: landing zones, DR, observability and secure CI/CD/IaC practices. Known for mentoring teams within SAFe/Agile environments, he translates regulatory complexity into operational, auditable solutions that improve performance and scalability. Based in the United States, he pairs academic foundations in computer science and IT with a track record of turning healthcare interoperability challenges into production-ready platforms.
