Top SchoolNeal Kawas is a data engineering leader with 11 years of experience building cloud-native data platforms and analytics at the intersection of biotech and consumer services, currently serving as Director of Data Engineering at Pfizer in Seattle. He combines an MBA from UW Foster with hands-on expertise in AWS data warehousing (Redshift, S3, Athena) and production ML from prior roles at Redbox and RootMetrics. Neal has led cross-functional technical efforts—designing forecasting and supply-chain optimization, census-stratified aggregation for nationwide network analytics, and reverse-engineering modem drivers for richer diagnostics—demonstrating an ability to turn complex data into operational impact.
