Top SchoolNeal Shyam is a Head of Product with 12 years of cross-functional experience building and scaling last-mile delivery, eCommerce, and SaaS platforms, most recently leading InHome Grocery Delivery at Walmart to 1,000+ stores and 45M households. Trained as a mechanical engineer (Carnegie Mellon) and MBA in Strategy & Marketing (NYU Stern), he combines systems-level technical fluency—SQL, Python, cloud infra, APIs, maps/GIS—with product rigor to prioritize margin and operational efficiency. Neal favors pragmatic, Pareto-driven launches and routinely builds internal tools and dashboards to unblock teams without diverting engineering capacity. He’s been a technical product owner for voice platforms and a prolific cross-functional operator who codifies institutional knowledge as an “unofficial product historian.” Based in New York, he pairs manufacturing and logistics roots with modern platform thinking to deliver scalable, measurable business outcomes.
