Top SchoolNed Smith is a strategic advisor and turnaround specialist with over two decades of experience driving revenue, profitability and shareholder value across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. He has led P&L, regional start-ups and large multinational teams, and has sold more than $1B in complex technology solutions while orchestrating M&A and post-merger integrations. Ned repeatedly revives stalled products and businesses—delivering rapid market expansion and double-digit CAGRs—by combining disciplined process improvement with pragmatic go-to-market execution. He advises and chairs boards for energy and tech ventures, currently focusing on clean and alternative energy initiatives in LENR and other breakthrough technologies. Fluent in Japanese and steeped in APAC market experience, he pairs deep cross-cultural operational know-how with hands-on business development. Known for envisioning practical outcomes in ambiguity, he blends strategic rigor with a founder’s appetite for building new markets.
