Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolNeil Martin is a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Apple enterprise deployments, currently focused on enabling Jamf adoption and custom integrations for MSP customers. With over a decade of hands-on experience managing macOS fleets, Jamf Pro, Munki and a long-standing GNU/Linux background dating back to Red Hat in 1998, he blends deep platforms knowledge with practical deployment skills. He has led institution-wide endpoint programs in higher education, run technical training courses (including Apple Certified Logic Pro instruction) and designed studio-grade audio facilities for academic music departments. An active community builder, Neil helps govern the MacAdmins Slack and runs the Sound Mac Guy blog, bridging operational expertise with accessible guidance. Less obvious is his track record specifying and installing Pro Tools HDX recording suites and running PA for high-profile events, which gives him rare cross-disciplinary insight into audio, acoustics and systems engineering. Based in Rayleigh, UK, he brings a pragmatic customer-focused approach to complex, multi-vendor Apple environments.
