Senior🎓
Top SchoolNelson Wells is a seasoned C# and .NET full-stack developer with 13 years of experience building cloud-enabled web services and developer tooling for healthcare and enterprise customers. He has progressed from hands-on integration and automation roles to leadership positions—managing teams and engineering efforts at companies like InVivoLink, HealthTrust Performance Group, and Redis—while remaining deeply technical. His background includes architecting RESTful APIs, secure messaging systems, cloud provisioning automation, and production deployment pipelines, often in regulated healthcare contexts. Nelson combines an interest in functional programming with practical cloud-native patterns, making him comfortable in both idiomatic .NET and polyglot stacks. Based in Nashville, he brings the perspective of a developer-turned-manager who still ships code and mentors engineers through complex integrations. An inquisitive technologist, he frequently bridges infrastructure and application layers to simplify operations and accelerate delivery.
