Top SchoolNeo Chow is a seasoned software and DevOps leader with 11 years of experience driving CI/CD, test automation, and Agile practices across mobile, web and large-scale backend migrations. Based in Hong Kong, Neo has led developer teams, coordinated local and overseas vendors, and architected containerized and production-ready infrastructure during secondments at major firms including HSBC, Capgemini and IBM. He combines hands-on mobile engineering (Android/iOS and NDK debugging) with operational fluency in server/database migration and platform optimization for fast-growing e-businesses. Known for building internal testing platforms and championing BDD/TDD and continuous integration, he translates quality-first engineering principles into repeatable delivery processes. Comfortable in both technical leadership and vendor management, Neo brings practical experience turning legacy systems into automated, scalable services. An interesting detail: his background in applied biology hints at an analytical mindset that he applies to system design and process improvement.
