Top SchoolNevil George is a product-minded engineer and founder with nine years of experience building scalable, production systems across routing, payments, and serverless observability. He led ML-driven ETA and traffic projects and large-scale data migrations at Uber, transitioned into product management for serverless APM at Datadog, and was the first PM for Bubble’s Ecosystem pod where he shipped developer certification and explored network effects. Now a founding team member at Forge in New York, he blends deep distributed-systems and database experience with product strategy and user research. Nevil’s background—MS in engineering and an MBA from Harvard—lets him move fluidly between low-level technical tradeoffs and go-to-market decisions, and he has a track record of turning complex backend challenges into pragmatic, scalable products. An understated strength is his experience running high-stakes migrations and consistency models, skills that often determine whether large systems survive rapid growth.
