🤩
RockstarNgan Pham is an Application Infrastructure Lead based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 14 years of experience building and scaling web platforms. Currently leading infrastructure efforts at Gusto, she brings deep hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, MySQL and a variety of legacy and modern languages from C/C++ to Perl and PHP. Previously she served as CTO at Listia, where she translated product vision into reliable systems and led engineering through growth phases. Ngan’s background blends strong engineering fundamentals from a UC Davis CS degree with practical operational chops honed across startups and established teams. She is comfortable navigating both code-level debugging and higher-level architecture, and she favors pragmatic, test-driven solutions (RSpec) that keep services healthy at scale.
