Top SchoolNgloom Ningg is a seasoned software leader and General Manager with 12 years of experience building scalable backend systems and programmatic advertising products from Shanghai. A Fudan-educated engineer, he has deep expertise in Java and MySQL, strong skills in Python and JavaScript, and a history of designing production ad-tech components at Baidu such as creative pipelines and a common DAS messaging layer. At RADIANCE MEDIA he now blends technical leadership with commercial product delivery for CTV/OTT programmatic inventory and real-time bidding. He’s a hands-on module owner and code reviewer comfortable across J2EE, SpringBoot, Node.js, Vue, and web scraping tools, and he actively contributes to open-source projects—most notably improving Redis integration and deployment features in the Disconf configuration platform. Colleagues describe him as thoughtful and deliberate—someone who takes extra time to reason through system design and edge cases before committing code.
