Senior🎓
Top SchoolNguyễn Nam is a pragmatic software engineering technician and Magento specialist with over a decade of experience designing, scaling, and migrating high-performance Magento 1 and 2 eCommerce platforms. He combines deep backend and frontend expertise—custom modules, theme work, database tuning and caching (Redis, Varnish, Elasticsearch)—with practical integrations across payment gateways, shipping providers and enterprise systems. Proven in leadership roles from technical lead to team manager, he drives CI/CD adoption, code review culture, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business workflows into robust solutions. Based in Hà Nội, he pairs hands-on development with blogging and open-source activity, favoring maintainable refactors during Magento 1→2 migrations that reveal hidden technical debt early.
