Top SchoolNicholas Henry is a senior software consultant and Elixir specialist with over 17 years of professional experience and a 30-year history of automating and streamlining business operations. He designs and builds scalable Elixir/Phoenix systems and data pipelines—often using Broadway, LiveView, and PostgreSQL—to deliver real-time analytics and robust ETL workflows for clients in advertising, finance, healthcare, and fraud detection. Nicholas combines hands-on engineering with business analysis, ensuring solutions map to organizational goals and user needs, and he routinely authors architecture and discovery documents that guide long-term delivery. He’s trusted by US and UK teams for contract C2C engagements, runs remote from Montreal with full liability coverage, and mentors teams to adopt Elixir best practices. A former co-founder who built clinical and wealth-management systems now used in production, he brings both product-level thinking and deep implementation craft to short- and long-term projects.
