Top SchoolNicholas Kelly is a technical instructional designer and educator with 13 years of experience blending cloud engineering, AI, and cybersecurity training with humanities-rooted research. He designs and delivers hands-on curriculum for enterprise programs (now at Palo Alto Networks, previously Rackspace) and holds Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and Associate Cloud Engineer certifications plus Azure Administrator Associate. His background as a PhD English scholar and former university professor informs a rare combination of technical depth—building NLP tools and cloud training—and pedagogical craft in communication and user experience. He researches widening recruitment pipelines in cybersecurity and has built online communities and computational text-analysis software that reveal literary and institutional networks. Based in Saint Paul, MN, he is equally at home creating enterprise onboarding pathways and coding NLP projects that bridge cultural analysis and data-driven insight.
