Top SchoolNicholas Malcolm is a seasoned IT and solutions engineer from Akron, Ohio with 12 years of hands-on experience automating processes, migrating enterprise systems, and improving operational efficiency. At Signet Jewelers he led an Intune MDM migration that cut costs by 90% and implemented mobile selling solutions that multiplied sales bandwidth while automating workflows to reduce manual effort. He has a strong troubleshooting pedigree—resolving high-volume support queues with consistently high customer satisfaction—and has driven incident reporting and training initiatives that measurably reduced repeat issues.
