Senior🎓
Top SchoolNicholas Manning is a seasoned CTO and serial co-founder with over two decades of engineering leadership spanning Google, Capital One, and multiple startups, where he has built and scaled 0→1 products used by 100M+ users. He blends hands-on systems and platform design—Rust/Go services, Kubernetes, Neo4j graphs, and cross-platform Flutter apps—with AI-first product development including multi-agent orchestration and RAG workflows. Nicholas has repeatedly grown engineering orgs from small, remote teams to production-ready platforms, led mission-critical cloud banking infrastructure at scale, and driven successful exits as a founder and Techstars alumnus. Equally comfortable in enterprise and startup contexts, he pairs pragmatic product focus with deep technical rigor and a track record of shipping measurable user-engagement improvements. Now based in the EU and open to senior leadership roles in Switzerland, Germany, or Norway, he brings a rare combination of global execution experience, startup grit, and multilingual academic breadth.
