Top SchoolNicholas Mccarty is a data-focused consultant and manager with eight years of experience helping private, public, and nonprofit clients turn messy signals into actionable insights across EDA, geospatial analysis, time series forecasting, and NLP. He blends hands-on full-stack and web-scraping chops with product-minded data science—having built real-time trading pipelines, led ML curriculum design at Flatiron School, and graduated a full Deloitte AI Academy cohort with zero attrition. Based in Palm Desert, he combines analytical rigor and people-first leadership (ENFJ-T) to deliver client value and train teams on applied ML in cloud environments. Nicholas’s background spans startup product roles to community-focused research, giving him uncommon fluency in taking projects from data collection and automation through to deployable models and stakeholder impact.
