Top SchoolNicholas Rogoff is a seasoned Solution Architect and engineering leader with over 25 years in technology and more than a decade focused on designing Microsoft Azure cloud platforms for large enterprises. Currently Group Manager - Solution Architect at Avanade, he specialises in high-performance distributed event-driven systems, DevOps-driven delivery and Azure PaaS migrations, having driven transformations across exams, retail, finance and media sectors. Equally comfortable in hands-on engineering with C#/.NET as he is shaping strategy and governance, he combines big-picture business and financial insight with practical IaC and DevSecOps implementation experience. His track record includes scaling thousands of on-prem databases to a compact PaaS footprint and rapidly delivering Azure Windows Virtual Desktop solutions for 5,000+ users under tight deadlines. A perpetual learner, he keeps current with MAUI, React, Node.js and modern delivery tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform), reflecting a rare blend of legacy-system fluency and cloud-first innovation.
