Senior🎓
Top SchoolNicholas Sollazzo is a full-stack engineer and entrepreneur with nine years of hands-on experience who founded MiDika to help Italian restaurateurs amplify their presence in a digital-first world. Combining a background in economics and business management with formal technical schooling and years as a freelancer, he bridges product, development, and customer insight to build practical 360° solutions. He learned early that listening and networking drive product-market fit, and he now grows his user base largely through word-of-mouth from the very customers he serves. Based in Lombardy, Nicholas mixes pragmatic engineering with a founder’s curiosity—treating restaurants as both cultural touchstones and scalable business opportunities. An avid connector, he also offers consultations for new and existing business owners, turning conversations into tangible product improvements.
