Top SchoolNick Earl is a Senior Director of Business Intelligence & AI who designs data-first "nervous systems" that turn insight into automated action, not dashboards. With 15+ years in media, streaming, CPG, and digital marketing, he moves organizations from reactive reporting to closed-loop automation using analytics engineering, ETL best practices, and LLM-augmented agents. He architects cross-platform orchestration across stacks like Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace to eliminate manual handoffs and accelerate revenue and operational outcomes. At Basemakers and previously Fandom and Fox, he’s combined strategic partnership with execs and hands-on implementation to deploy scalable CDP/CRM and data lake architectures. Nick’s practical bent as a tinkerer and occasional developer shows in his ability to translate complex models into safe, production automation with human-in-the-loop controls. Based in Los Angeles and trained at NYU Stern, he specializes in building systems that let businesses sense, decide, and act in real time.
