Top SchoolNick Lee is a design systems specialist and interaction designer with over 20 years of experience who runs his own studio in North Cornwall while serving as Senior UX Designer & UI Developer at Torchbox. He leads projects from concept into front-end, building accessible, component-based design systems and shipping responsive UI with Figma-driven prototypes. Nick combines hands-on front-end development across CMS platforms like ExpressionEngine, CraftCMS, Shopify and Wagtail with a strong track record designing for cultural and public-sector clients including Mozilla, The National Archives and the Royal College of Art. His background as a studio founder and former agency lead gives him both strategic product thinking and pragmatic build skills, often translating complex organisational needs into reusable UI patterns. Based in Bude, he’s comfortable balancing client-facing design leadership with the technical details of implementation and accessibility.
