Senior🎓
Top SchoolNick Maskell is a product leader with 10 years of experience who blends a strong engineering background and hands-on full-stack experience to design high-impact, customer-loved web and mobile experiences. At Capital on Tap he led the end-to-end redesign of the customer journey—launching mobile platforms, harmonising web/UI, and introducing new monetisation and payments products—which helped push NPS into the 80s. Comfortable shipping infrastructure and front-end changes alike, he progressed from developer to Lead Product Manager while scaling teams, hiring engineers and designers, and championing agile practices. He pairs technical fluency (from Apple Pay/Google Wallet integrations to Xero accounting connectors) with commercial judgment and a knack for turning operational problems into product opportunities. Colleagues describe him as a multiplier who brings energy, focus, and continuous improvement to cross-functional teams; outside work he’s a self-described geek, gamer and foodie based in London.
