Senior🎓
Top SchoolNick Nagy is a product leader with 8 years of experience building platform and data-driven products that scale customer onboarding, personalization, and observability across fast-growing SaaS businesses. Based in Seattle, he has led 0→1 and platform initiatives at Adaptive Security and Headway and scaled core messaging, identity, and subscription systems through multiple hyper-growth stages at Attentive. He combines hands-on technical fluency—grounded in an ECE background from University of Washington and early integration work with SQL, Ruby, and data pipelines—with product strategy and team leadership. Notable strengths include reducing operational costs through platform automation, shipping public APIs and user data models that power personalization, and bridging security/compliance needs with business operations. He’s comfortable prototyping with LLM-assisted coding workflows locally and shipping production-grade platform services. Nick’s track record shows a pragmatic focus on measurable outcomes: faster launches, higher throughput, and fewer support burdens while enabling teams to build on durable foundations.
