As founder and owner of 1st Responder Ltd he has built a respected first aid and hostile environment training provider from the ground up, combining hands-on delivery with website design, accounting and client acquisition. Previously he scaled and exited a profitable dive centre, demonstrating commercial acumen in competitive retail and service markets. His earlier career as a senior investigator with HM Customs & Excise involved complex cross-jurisdictional prosecutions and a landmark VAT carousel investigation, reflecting strong analytical, negotiation and compliance skills. Based in Winchester, he blends operational rigor and regulatory experience with practical training delivery—often stepping into the classroom himself.
