Top SchoolNick Ragusa is a cloud architecture leader with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale systems, most recently serving as Director of Cloud Architecture at Tufts Medicine after a decade at AWS where he progressed to Principal Solutions Architect. He blends people-first leadership with deep technical chops—preferring team chemistry over pure IQ—and excels at translating strategic vision into practical implementations with early, iterative progress. Nick has a track record of building automated tooling and migration systems (from university email migrations to enterprise cloud transformations), enjoys whiteboard-driven collaboration, and treats learning as a core part of the job. Based in Boston, he pairs an MS in Information Technology Management with a background in systems engineering and a habit of writing user-friendly web apps as a hobby, showing both operational rigor and product sensibility.
