Top SchoolNick Ribal is an expert front-end architect and hands-on technical leader with over a decade of experience designing and maturing web platforms for startups and enterprise clients. He repeatedly boosts delivery velocity and reduces maintenance costs by setting strict quality standards, CI workflows, and effective code review practices while remaining an active contributor to implementations. Comfortable in legacy rewrites and greenfield systems, he has led migrations across Angular, React, React Native and Flutter, and built design-system-driven transitions with Storybook and TypeScript. Known for clear, constructive mentorship, he teaches teams to assess trade-offs, ask better questions and own outcomes, creating a culture of mutual responsibility. A remote-first practitioner and OSS supporter, he combines systems-level thinking (DevOps, CI, backend considerations) with pragmatic front-end craftsmanship. Hiring him is an investment in both people and tech: he leaves teams faster, cleaner feedback loops and long-lasting improvements in process and code.
