Top SchoolNick Schneble is a Staff Software Engineer based in Greater Boston with a decades-long track record of shipping full‑stack web and mobile products, specializing in Ruby on Rails, APIs, and scalable backend architecture. He has driven product and technical strategy at companies from startups to established platforms—leading API and microservice architecture, internal tooling, and feature flagging systems—and recently focuses on AI-infused features and modern API patterns. Nick pairs hands‑on engineering (iOS, Swift, JS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) with product instincts honed as a founder and indie app maker, translating mockups and napkin sketches into production systems. He also runs community-focused projects like a municipal EV incentive program and co-founded an international nomad conference, showing a penchant for operational leadership and user-centered design beyond code. Notably, he has repeatedly rescued brittle prototypes into maintainable foundations and written comprehensive transition docs to accelerate team velocity.
