Senior🎓
Top SchoolNick Simm is a product and delivery leader with 11 years’ experience building digital services across startups, consultancies and household brands, now co-founding TRYBZ to create real-world community for gay and queer people. He combines hands-on product delivery—leading apps, in-store experiences and global website transformations—with line-management of multidisciplinary squads and regular C-suite engagement. Nick has shipped first-to-market solutions (including a pre-Covid pay-at-table app) and led Tesco’s in-store app strategy, demonstrating a knack for translating complex business needs into clear delivery structures. He is a founder-operator at heart, previously launching niche ventures from artisan events to consumer goods while pausing consultancy to focus on purpose-driven community building. Known for creating clarity in ambiguity, he also champions inclusion—having led LGBTQ+ networks at Accenture and AND Digital—and organises international charity cycling challenges that have raised significant funds. Based in Leeds, he holds a First Class BA in Business Management and Marketing and brings a pragmatic, people-centred approach to product-led growth.
