Top SchoolNick Staroba is a Senior Frontend Developer with 11 years of experience building performant, accessible single-page applications and scalable component libraries for enterprise customers. He has led frontend modernization efforts across industries—from healthcare and automotive to defense and manufacturing—introducing shared tooling, Storybook-driven design systems, and TypeScript migrations that improved consistency and delivery speed. At Whelen he spearheaded an ERP UI and new gRPC-enabled stack; at Optum he helped refactor a mobile app used by millions, moving it from Flow to TypeScript and enabling federated architecture. Skilled in React, Next.js, TypeScript, TanStack, and CI/CD, he pairs deep implementation know-how with UX sensitivity and long-term architectural thinking. Colleagues rely on him not just for features but for setting standards—linting, component governance, and developer workflows—that reduce friction across teams.
