Top SchoolNick Swift is a founder and seasoned software leader with 11 years of experience building consumer-facing products and teams from early-stage startups to Meta-scale. As Founder and Lead Developer of SCH Games in San Francisco he’s shipping Shaolin Bao, a chaotic multiplayer party game targeting Steam and Nintendo Switch, and previously co-founded a bookings platform that processed over $1.2M annually. At Meta he scaled Facebook Stories from millions to billions of users, grew and led engineering teams, and supported Reels launches—bringing product, data, and design partners together to ship at extreme scale. His background spans iOS multimedia (AVFoundation, WebRTC), backend growth systems, and hands-on front-end development, reflecting a full-stack bias toward shipped features. Known for moving quickly between founder and senior engineering roles, he combines startup grit with proven experience operating and hiring inside large tech organizations.
