Top SchoolNick Thesing is a freelance software engineer and senior front-end specialist based in Amsterdam with 11 years of hands-on experience delivering complex, user-focused web applications. He is fluent in modern front-end ecosystems—especially Angular (JS/X) and Vue.js—and complements UI work with Node and Python backend skills when projects require full-stack thinking. Nick has led and contributed to large enterprise projects (APM Terminals, Backbase, European Patent Office), often setting up front-end frameworks, test suites, and CI workflows while working in Agile/Scrum teams and serving as Scrum Master. As a consultant and founder (SomniaThemes), he blends product sensibility with technical craft, shipping polished SPAs and customizable WordPress solutions. He’s motivated by great UX and creative ideas—“wake me up in the middle of the night” level—and brings both technical depth and practical delivery experience to consultancy engagements.
