Senior🎓
Top SchoolNick Vernij is a pragmatic technology leader and serial founder with 11 years of hands-on engineering and startup experience across web3, consumer travel, and product agencies. As CTO of WeTicket and co-founder of goodbars.co, he blends product-first engineering with go-to-market pragmatism—shipping infrastructure for event ticketing and affordable eSIMs across Southeast Asia. He previously led Basement through a $750k pre-seed raise to simplify building on Ethereum, demonstrating his knack for turning complex blockchain primitives into developer-friendly tooling. Early roots as a teen freelancer and roles at agencies like Awkward give him a strong product sensibility and end-to-end delivery experience. Based in the Randstad, he pairs founder-level strategic thinking with continued hands-on development rather than purely managerial leadership.
