Top SchoolNick Weseman is a seasoned software engineer and technical lead with over 20 years of professional experience, currently driving critical Treasury and Accounting engineering systems at Two Sigma in Houston. He combines deep polyglot coding skills—from Java, Python, and C# to Clojure and VBA—with hands-on architecture work to automate high-volume financial workflows and regulatory filings that reduced multi-person, week-long processes to seconds. A pragmatic ScrumMaster and Six Sigma practitioner, he’s built reconciliation frameworks, SFTP-driven ingestion pipelines, and custom Windows authentication providers to harden and scale mission-critical operations. His background spans defense-grade systems and GIS mapping to game engines and mobile apps, reflecting rare breadth across low-latency trading, enterprise back-office, and embedded/3D environments. Top 1% on Stack Overflow and an active open-source contributor, he pairs relentless curiosity with a DoD SECRET clearance and a track record of turning manual, error-prone processes into auditable automated systems.
