Top SchoolNickolas Da Rocha Machado is a Data Platform Engineer with nine years of experience building MLOps and data platform solutions across cloud environments, currently at CrowdStrike and formerly driving core platform improvements at Hurb and Ipiranga. He blends hands-on engineering in Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform and GitOps practices with ML lifecycle tooling such as MLflow, BentoML and Airflow to operationalize predictive models and automate business processes. Nickolas has built reusable Python monorepos, CI/CD workflows and Kedro/AzureML integrations that enable pipeline scheduling, model serving and distributed step execution. Based in Rio de Janeiro, he pairs platform-level observability (Grafana/Prometheus, Zenduty) with pragmatic developer-facing abstractions, helping data scientists ship production apps faster. Beyond tooling, he has experience creating accessible education technology and productionizing research code into reliable products, showing a consistent focus on practical impact.
