Top SchoolNico Deblauwe is a web development educator and seasoned innovation advisor with 11+ years blending full-stack engineering, telecom expertise and project management to turn technical projects into measurable impact. He teaches advanced backend and production-focused web development at CODE University and Harbour.Space while advising as Belgium’s National Contact Point for digital topics, guiding proposals through funding, implementation and exploitation. Hands-on as a freelancer, he builds scalable Laravel/Tailwind applications that handle high volumes of users and data, and he prizes aesthetic, action-oriented information design. His background includes a PhD-focused research track in telecom and practical experience in pan-European R&D programmes, giving him rare fluency across research, policy and product delivery. Known for making complex topics simple, he combines coaching and advocacy to help teams and clients move from idea to deployed, profitable solutions. Based in Brussels, he quietly bridges academic rigor and pragmatic engineering—often translating research-grade methods into production-ready web systems.
