Nico Sap
Belgium ( Bruges )
Summary
👤
SeniorNico Sap is a pragmatic full-stack software developer with 12 years of experience building cloud-native microservices, web applications and eCommerce platforms, currently developing Azure-based services at Genetec Belgium. He founded multiple ventures—including Sapico and Blinde Vis—where he owned product, marketing and fulfillment, gaining hands-on expertise in SEO, ads, A/B testing and omni-channel distribution. Technically fluent across .NET, Node.js, C#, PHP, SQL/PLSQL and front-end stacks, he also automates CI/CD, API integrations and device messaging (MQTT). Comfortable operating well beyond a 9–5 mindset, he focuses on delivering complete solutions rather than just ticking boxes. A practical tinkerer, he uses his own projects as learning labs (ledenboek.me, blindevis.be) to validate ideas and iterate quickly.
