Top SchoolNicola Battaini is an IT and digital leader with over 25 years of experience driving technology and digital transformation across consultancy, automotive and retail sectors. Currently Direttore IT & Digital at Pastificio Felicetti, he has held CIO and IT director roles at THUN and LENET Group and led digital marketing and regional IT functions at Pirelli. He combines hands-on program and project management (including large SAP implementations) with P&L responsibility and a strong track record in organization design, business process improvement and technology innovation. Known for translating business strategy into pragmatic IT roadmaps, he repeatedly moves teams from legacy processes to scalable digital operations. Based in Trentino–Alto Adige, he brings cross-cultural leadership from international assignments in Latin America to European retail networks. An operator who blends executive management with deep process-first instincts, he often focuses on measurable operational improvements rather than flashy tech for its own sake.
