Summary
👤
SeniorNicola Delfino is a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft with over 25 years of software architecture, consulting and delivery experience, specializing in Azure infrastructure, multitenant cloud platforms and federated identity (OpenID Connect/OAuth, Azure AD B2B/B2C). He advises enterprise IT leaders, runs architectural design sessions, and translates customer feedback into product and engineering improvements while removing blockers to cloud adoption. Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code (Bicep, ARM), distributed systems, .NET ecosystems and SPA/mobile stacks, he blends deep technical craft with a proven ability to govern designs to business goals. Based in Rome, he maintains both public and private GitHub repositories and brings a pragmatic, customer-facing perspective that often uncovers operational gaps before they reach production.
