Senior🎓
Top SchoolNicolai Kush is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Copenhagen with 14 years of experience designing and delivering robust web and integration solutions across enterprises like A.P. Moller - Maersk and e-conomic. He combines hands-on full-stack development (C#, Java, ASP.NET, AngularJS) with architecture and team leadership, having led cross-border teams and complex migration projects requiring fault-tolerant, high-throughput designs. Nicolai excels at turning ambiguous requirements into pragmatic systems—often owning tasks end-to-end, proactively surfacing risks, and fixing issues himself to keep delivery moving. He has deep experience in data migration, search and scalability (MongoDB, ElasticSearch) and BDD-driven testing, and enjoys teaching and mentoring others. A methodical but creative thinker, he routinely evaluates multiple solution paths before committing, and seeks new technologies experimentally even when they may not be adopted long-term.
