Top SchoolNicolai Wilder is a Senior Consultant and seasoned software engineer with 23 years of experience designing scalable, maintainable systems across startups and large financial institutions. He’s a Microsoft-stack specialist (.NET, Azure) who architects event-driven back ends, secure high-performance APIs, and polished web front ends, with production experience in microservices, serverless, containers and streaming protocols like WebSockets and gRPC. He has led teams and products for over a decade—driving high-stakes projects at Saxo Bank and Nets, scaling a YC-backed startup from thousands to millions of users, and bootstrapping StockHawk into a profitable investor-facing service. Pragmatic and results-oriented, Nicolai pairs stakeholder-focused product thinking with hands-on engineering and a long-term emphasis on simplicity and testability. Based in Copenhagen, he is also a CSE-certified Scrum Master and brings an uncommon mix of trading-domain depth and operational experience in national-scale identity and financial systems.
