Nicolas Anguiano is a revenue growth and marketing operations leader with 11 years’ experience building high-impact marketing tech and performance programs from Barcelona. He specializes in tying paid media, marketing automation and analytics to scalable systems—managing budgets north of $1M/month and running experimentation programs that delivered up to +200% conversion lifts. Technically fluent across Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, HubSpot, Zapier and modern automation stacks, he also architects AI-enabled sales agents, workflow automations and internal knowledge systems using Notion, LangChain, N8N and LLM APIs. Comfortable as a hands-on tech lead and consultant, he has deep experience customizing integrations, data models and APIs for enterprise marketing clouds. Nicolas pairs an engineering background (mechanical engineering + web dev and data science training) with an MBA mindset, making him as comfortable optimizing funnels as designing the systems that power them. A pragmatic experimenter, he’s known for turning hundreds of tests into repeatable, system-level conversion gains.
