Top SchoolNicolas Beaulieu is a bilingual co-founder and multidisciplinary product builder with 15 years of experience blending graphic design, full‑stack development, SaaS implementation, and client success. He has led technical delivery and product direction at ArkAi while simultaneously running a design studio that provides web, brand, and content strategy to small businesses. At Indigenous Services Canada he scaled SaaS adoption and cut hiring cycle times dramatically through process redesign and cross-team implementation work. Comfortable switching between code, design, and stakeholder management, he brings a rare combination of creative craft and operational rigor. Outside of work he channels the same risk-taking mindset into rock climbing and freestyle skiing, which informs his collaborative, resilient approach to problem solving.
