Senior🎓
Top SchoolNicolas Delebecque is an accomplished IT project manager with 13 years of experience orchestrating large-scale infrastructure and security transformations for multinational groups. He has led complex datacenter migrations, SD‑WAN and EDR rollouts, and global telephony harmonizations—coordinating dozens of vendors and tens of thousands of endpoints while preserving critical business continuity. Comfortable both with hands‑on technical coordination (networks, VMWare, Oracle, firewalls) and executive decision‑making, he repeatedly liberates CIOs from operational burden to focus on strategy. Notable deliveries include a 3,700‑endpoint SentinelOne deployment across 32 countries, a zero‑disruption Genesys Cloud roll‑out for 2,400 users, and multi‑wave datacenter moves with 100% service continuity. Based in Île‑de‑France, he combines rigourous operational playbooks with cultural sensitivity—adapting processes across 30+ countries to ensure adoption and compliance. Seasoned in both PMO and technical delivery, he excels at turning high‑risk migrations into predictable, auditable programs.
