Top SchoolNicolás Fetter is a Lead Software Engineer based in San Sebastián with 11 years of hands-on experience designing and scaling web applications across startups, agencies, and enterprise teams. He combines deep full-stack chops—React.js and Node.js front-to-back—with a background in Java EE and service-oriented architecture from roles at Motorola and Spark. As founder of a NZ web agency and technical co-founder of a food-delivery startup, he pairs product-minded engineering with practical DevOps and microservices experience, notably building payment and order-tracking APIs. Comfortable shifting between shipping MVPs and leading engineering efforts, he now drives technical direction at Zrive after years of freelance and startup work. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic builder who prioritizes performance and reliability—skills honed by delivering “lightning-fast” sites and large internal tooling. His profile hints at a blend of entrepreneurial grit and enterprise discipline that helps teams move from prototype to production.
