Senior🎓
Top SchoolNicolas Fley is a product-driven software engineer and agile coach with 10+ years of experience building web, data and NLP solutions for startups and enterprises from Paris. He blends hands-on full‑stack development (Python, Node.js, JS) and ML/NLP work with team leadership and agile delivery—having led feature teams, managed bug flow and shipped strategic partner projects at Legalstart. At Sipios/Audiovision he shifted into audio software using the JUCE C++ library, showing an ability to move between web, data and low-level multimedia engineering. His background includes building production-grade streaming infrastructure, ML-driven text categorization, and rapid fintech prototyping, reflecting a pragmatic focus on product craftsmanship and measurable business impact. Colleague-oriented and operationally curious, he often pairs technical implementation with product framing to accelerate decision-making and delivery.
