Summary
👤
SeniorNicolás Jaremek is a Tech Lead with 11 years of hands-on experience building and scaling web and logistics systems from Madrid. Trained as a Telecommunications Engineer, he has progressed from backend and full-stack roles to leading engineering efforts at Red Sift, driving infrastructure and feature delivery with Django/Python, React, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL. He has a strong track record in logistics automation from his time at Ontruck—refactoring route computation and journey management engines—and has contributed across Android, frontend and backend codebases. Passionate about best practices and team collaboration, he combines technical depth with communication and leadership training (Dale Carnegie, ThePowerMBA) to influence product decisions and onboarding. Notably, he prefers to grow roots in Madrid and focuses on improving internal workflows and developer productivity as much as external-facing features.
